Run the trainer as admin. Start the game (as admin) not really necessary but I do just in case. At main menu hit f1. During game hit the keys for whatever option you wish to enable. Wahlah

Thank you for the quick release (as usual).
I am having an issue with option 1, unlimited health. When I press number pad 1, it says "activated", but I take damage as usual. I checked the NFO, the trouble shooting guide, and tried running both the trainer and game as administrator. I haven't had a problem running your past trainers. Is this happening to others or just me? I would appreciate any advice. Thanks again CH team.

Just recently found this site, I immediately purchased a lifetime membership. I am amazed at how fast this was released. Even though I kept checking back throughout the day. I am not disappointed with my lifetime membership and I will urge my friends to check you out.
