I have an unlocker, but I am unsure as how to upload something. This way you can unlock all the ships while still keeping all of your stats.

That's simple. Just look in the FTL's cheat page and scroll down to the bottom past all the trainers and everything. After all the trainers/save game and the comments section at the bottom are several categories like walkthrough and cheats/trainers for example. Click to submit for the cheats/trainers area.

I don't recall where to put it myself. Anyone know if there's an updated version for the new version of the game? I heard it had new ships.
