Make them do their homework and hand it in, increase their skills(Logic, etc.) to increase their grade in school, and increasing the logic skill will shorten the length of completing homework.

You can also cheat by doing that cheat someone said a few posts back.

I also recommend making them go to school happier, because it's like a job, leave to work happier, you have a better chance of a promotion.
