I get Windows cannot access this specified Device path or file You may not have the appropriate Permission to access the item.........I have Ran it in admin and other stuff....This has happend quite a few times with cheathappens Trainners But only about 40% of the time...Any ideas? what could cause it?

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software.
