doubtful. its classified as multiplayer game even considering you run it vs bots.. i *COULD* be wrong but i wouldn't hold my breath counting on one.
Since there are people who give me crap for my grammar and is to lazy to check my profile I will say it here as well. I am dyslexic so give me a break as I *TRY* to spell correctly.

    YES INDEEDY!
The game is on steam for 13,99. That's asking for trouble.

Seriously: Perhaps the console will have cheats like in Source?
If you run a private lan server with those you'll be godlike anyways, just start every match with max money in server settings, and restrict the AI from buying stuff, meaning they won't buy armor and only use the standard pistol.

Ya still lose dat, and dis ain't the gaem 4 u.

Problem with going that route is that you can't cheat your way to achievements.

L4D(2) is also classed as multiplayer and has trainers, so I'm hoping

That could be considered as cheating online even if you unlocked the achievements by using a trainer offline. Call me captain obvious if you want.

The argument that people want trainers for offline with (DRM) protected games usually includes: "I don't care if achievements get locked."

With utmost respect, I'm not trying to start anything here, I honestly don't care either way. You're right on the L4D2 part, after all.

I'm sure it could be, I doubt Valve cares much about achievements, since they gain you absolutely nothing, purely bragging rights.

We shall see what the good folks here at CH think though
