I'm playing with the trainer, abusing it the most I can. Yet the reason I'm now stuck in the Gilded Arena (those stupid gems), is that the game loading system ****ed up on me, didn't load a door, and I was allowed to enter a zone I shouldn't have entered until way later, thus ****ing up the order I should get the stones.

I've had some doors do similar Spoiler:
The Noss fight on Earth where you head into the tunnel, the red wall was stuck there. I had killed the boss in less than a second with the spike gun.
From what I've seen, just exit the game and go back in, the saves tend to happen before you go somewhere you aren't supposed to.
