Well, this game looks EXTREMELY good in the trailers, but as everyone else that bought the game, it's probably the most BORING turn based strategic game out there, it's from the german company named Kalypso that created the game Dungeons that about everyone thought was gonna be like the long missed Dungeon Keeper series, take it from a long time strategic player, don't buy this game, invest in the Medieval series instead if you're after a good Turn-based strategic game, 40£ straight in the toilet.

I tend to disagree.
It`s a well made 4X game, but a bit rushed and patches are on the way. The story is well written, and it offers diversity from Endless Space - the other contestant in 4X at the moment.

Thank you. I will now refrain from purchasing it. No title should be rushed to the point that patches are needed in the first week. Only exception is in regards to bad translation to non-english languages and your fixing important words.

Though I don't like this game in particular, (I prefer Endless Space, to be honest) it's rather silly to say that a patch in the first week means the title was "rushed." Nothing stands up to the massive onslaught of launch day.

i also have to disagree with this. The game does require some patching to make it playable, but it is a good space strategy game its good eveything it needs and the combat is good better than the combat in endless space in my opinion at least. also the game dungeons is pretty good fair enough its not dungeon keeper but that dosent make it a bad game.

Kalypso didn't make it, they are the publisher.

Novacore Studios was the developer.

Just like Realmforge studios made Dungeons and Kalypso published that.

If you go to kalypso's own forums for this game, there seems to be a lot of other people who also have problems with the game.

Nobody but Nobody catches DABhand asleep, what knowledge DABhand has is beyond the realms of CHU (This is a compliment to DABhand)and i always enjoy reading his advice,so keep up the good work DABhand..

Now regarding New Games,i now always check out how the game looks on You-Tube i.e.FPS or third person because i cannot stand the WOWarcraft setup all those really small people,its only my opinion though,the small people.lol
