Like I was saying elsewhere you can't ban people for complaining, only if they attack personally at the staff.
Or in the rare occassion they ask to be banned, it has happened before :P
They are the atypical customer and are allowed an opinion, but they are those that take it that step further with the "puffed out chest-esque" type arguments. And not to be starting anything, they are usually American or Canadian, because they come from a system that sues everything..
But they don't realise that yes they have rights but only rights laid out via the contract they signed when signing up they agreed to them and thats what they pay for, nothing more.
I wonder if "rights" is the correct term in this case. My only reason for saying that is that I view rights as inalienable to all. However, I personally view the "rights" we have on this site as privileges. Perhaps it is merely a matter of arguing semantics on my part. I think that if more people grasped that there was no guaranteed right to an updated trainer, but rather they have the privilege of enjoying those that are released... we might have less of an issue.
The major downside to my argument of course, is that some people will interpret rights or privileges how ever they want regardless.

Well said DABhand,if you get a member that doe's and to Bad-Mouth CHU staff or other members, apart from showing that persons ignorance towards other people is complete EVIDENCE of that persons upbringing, now we all know that to get BANNED from this Happy Place called CHU it must be pretty serious for that member to get banned.
From my experience Frustration can be irritating at the best of times but as human beings we have self control and we always have to remember that, and use it to its maximum.
Without i am asleep i cannot see The hierarchy of CHU withdrawing a Trainer because the odd couple have complained (perhaps i am asleep)about whatever is making them Bad-Mouth, so a Black and white Question of a Yes and No Poll in this instance i think is not a balanced argument. So on this Poll i am sorry to have to abstain.
