I have tried to launch it both with and without admin mode, and launching it directly from the save folder

I have tried to launch it both with and without admin mode, and launching it directly from the save folder
Make sure you are logged in to Windows as an admin, make a new folder and move or re-download the trainers and put them in that new folder. If you have an offline key, put that in there as well. Exclude that folder from all security software and try again.
