There are Realism options. You can be immortal, have unlimited ammo, fuel, easier flight mechanics etc etc.
Yeah it has all the cheats you need. You can even use autopilot just press and hold LCTRL and A, in the top right corner you should now see an A that means autopilot is on. I think the only you need to do yourself is takeoff.
Be advised that using the ingame cheats slows your rate of promotion a little bit.
Is there any online distribution where this game can be purchased? I only find retail stores
Unless I am mistaken Rise of Flight is free to play although you are limited to three aircraft and a narrower time frame without purchasing further planes/DLC.
It can be played single player campaign/missions etc and online multiplayer.
