The title appears to confirm a leaked questionnaire that emerged last month, with details suggesting “The empire of Orlais is riven by civil war; the Chantry is divided; the Templar order has broken away; the Mage circles have rebelled. Some unseen force is manipulating events, bringing about disorder and destruction. Out of this confusion emerges The Inquisition.” According to that leak, you'll play as the leader of the Inquisition and can make your character “a rogue, warrior or mage and set up your crew from up to ten complex companions to lead them against those who attack you by systematically spying on, revealing and destroying them."

I was on the fence about posting on this one.I have had infinite disscussions/debates on the ending of ME3.
But,this seems like a decent post.

First, iam NOT trying to start any kind of debate here, just stating MY OPINION.

That being said,i for one was completely satisfied with ALL the endings of ME3.As stated in Kreusel117's post,Bioware has said from the very beggining that this was the end of Shepards' story.I thought the story was fantastic and didn't leave any open plot endings at all.I thought the story was well told and explained.

I thought shepard dying showed sacrifice and brought realism to ME3.And,i for one was very dissapointed that Bioware gave in to the whiney little fan-boys who didn't understand the end game.(And BTW,the fan-boys were still NOT satisfied with the "new" DLC ending)
I thought Bioware should have stuck to their guns and stayed with THEIR original story.

Sure,i got attached to Shepard and all the crew.Yes,i was sad to see them go/die.But,that's what makes a game and story great.
    What did the fan-boys want?
Save the galaxy and live happily ever after...BORING.

The ME franchise will live on in other areas of the ME universe.Just because Shepards' story is finished doesn't mean it's the end of the ME universe. As hinted by Bioware.

Again, not trying to start any kind of debate, just stating MY OPINION. And,you are certaintly entitled to your opinion. And,i respect that.

Well it was just more than Shepard dying that upset people, a lot more but that has been discussed quite a bit already.

I personally don't find everyone dying, dark endings all that enjoyable or entertaining myself. They could have done multiple type of endings instead of Red, Green and Blue.

The "fan-boys" wanted a better ending instead of the rushed mess they have us, not to mention something where our choices mattered.

EA is the anti-Midas touch company. Everything they touch turns to garbage.

is it wrong that as a grown man I cried like a baby at the ending?
PS: If they do expand on the ME universe and continue from where it left off with a new cast of characters and main character would be nice if they at least give hints about Shep and his/her LI if you chose the Destroy ending. And also did he really have to charge into the thing he was shooting? could have just stood 10 feet further back and not have been all that banged up (aside from his injuries he already had), just saying if I have a gun and need to blow something up with it bet your ass I'm standing as far from that **** as possible :P

High EME destroy will be canon in ME4. You win, bad guys die, you live, end of story, now as to it being end of Sheppards stroy thats fine, it could be 500 years later and Liara would still be hot. :>

what sucks most for me is ME4 (yes there will be a 4 no shep) will be using most popular details as per normal so shep will be male/semi bold soldier per normal. however thanks to people not being happy and the stupid indoctrination theory (that i doubt alot) the default will be shep lives somehow and that all synths (including geth) are dead.

personally i liked green ending in original, as a heavy scifi gamer i understood what was going on and why even before the extended DLC explained it to thoose that did not get the saint hood thing with it.

also am i only one who actually considered red ending to have sheperds dying breath not a survival breath? i liked idea that the tech he had inplanted in ME2 powered off killing him.

also reading comments it was not that shepered dies it was that a game all about choices and consequences boiled down to 3 choices in the end that where the same no matter if you were good or evil or how much of game you did (ok "MINOR" diffrences thanks to extended) with bioware being so hush and this indoctrination theory it feels that there is a few more DLC that may release a bombshell though

I would not mind paying $100+ for a game thats like 50-80GB in size with open sandbox ME universe as the background. Thats like countless hours of gameplay, well worth the money.

Perhaps the game can start at the time line where First Contact War began.
