Does the Unlimited Movement option allow you to move a ship somewhere, off-loading troops AND move those troops in the same turn? Please I need help with this because if I can't do this a campaign with Carthage on which I managed to defeat the Brutii Romans and weaken greatly the other 2 families is over.

Sadly no, you can embark the troops onto ships move the ships and hit land with them but you cant move the fleet or the newly disembarked army. In short you need to turn the option off then hit next turn and then turn it back on to be able to move everything again in an unlimited way.
