Thank you for the instant update, but I'm sad to report that it does not seem to work. I tested both in "tutorial" and in normal game.
There are no negative effects such as freeze or crash or glitches, and trainer audio ques (trainer activated, activated) are responding.

I get trainer can't find game when I hit F1. No hurry though, I used CoSMOS for credits for the moment.

Yeah, same. I think this is one of those games where there's a lot of different exe's and we have to send them our own or something. Like Tropico or whatever that game was called. Thanks for the quick release though guys!
