I picked up the game from GOG and the trainer works for the GOG version, except when you turn on unlimited health. It gives all the bosses unlimited health as well.
If you turn off unlimited health while fighting a boss, turn it back on. Both your and the boss's health gets reset to 100%
The super health only works if you have unlimited health off.
