Hello,
I had Starcraft 2 before and I got banned not sure why.
I rebrought the game and currently been playing and have to redo the game all over ago, and wanted to use a trainer so I just phoned Blizzard free from Skype and asked them if it was possible to use the trainer for singleplayer and be okay.
They told me it's a third party software and using them for singleplayer will result in a ban so this rules out using a trainer pretty much.
I want to get the singleplayer complete on hardest so I can get the portraits but I cannot because I need the trainer.
Any idea's? I am not sure if unplugging Internet and going offline and using a trainer will be any different.
Thank you!

This gives advice on how to do it without cheats and often has one or two cheap strats to use: Link
Unplugging and playing offline will guard against a ban but you must fully exit the game when you finish using the trainer (or they will detect that the game was changed). Additionally you will not be able to earn achievements.

If I go completely offline right.
Use the trainer to do the Singleplayer.
Will I get the achievements when I got back online? I want the achievements.

Blizzard has their own in-game cheats. You can use those without worrying about getting banned. But,i think it locks out Acheivments...

I just read this: www.cheathappens.com/article_blizzardbans.asp
Also the inbuilt cheats block achievements I think.
I would even do gamessaves if I can find some for the latest version and if I didn't get a ban. That I doubt.
I am with that article. I want to play the single player game my way. I am not using it online so why should they care.

Probably the best advice I can give in terms of trying to get the achievements is to make the Zeratul missions your top priority and continuously re-play them to farm your tech upgrades and eventually armory upgrades. You can keep doing this until you've bought them all which will give you a significant edge in the terran missions (plus once you beat these missions on hard/brutal once, you can replay them on a much lower difficulty and still get a nice payout).
