If you're using gmail you can just rename the extension to '.exe_" for example to bypass the gmail filter.

The developer must be watching this site or something. Every single time a trainer has been updated, they came out with a new patch the very next day. Even when it was a bit of time between trainer updates they managed to screw this for me. I think I am going to have to turn off updates on steam for a while until this game stabilizes somewhat
