Yeah and I've noticed it happens whenever the cpu just randomly goes into low power mode. Exactly at the second my Mhz clocks down, it freezes for a few sec's. Then up again and all is normal for 30 seconds.

Try changing your monitor's refresh rate in the video options. I had mine set on 60 and it was freezing like you said. I switched it to 59, and it hasn't frozen since then. Good luck.
