I've read all 26 pages of this thread for info on the issue with option #2 and only being able to kill enemy with a headshot. While I have only seen posts that say others are experiencing it too and a few posts talk about how it is an issue but that it is more fun etc...I cannot find anything on what has or is being done about it (if anything).
I admit I may have missed it, but can either PWizard or Caliber or someone 'in the know' tell me what the official word is on this issue? I'll agree with others that it is not a showstopper for the game or the trainer (actually forces you to aim better) but it does kind of suck when you shoot a guy several times and he just gets back up. All other options work without issue.
Thanks...
Using current NOCD version of the trainer 1.0.0.49 with game purchased on gamefly.
the official word on the issue is that i don't plan to deal with this trainer any more than I already have, especially due to the number of times it updates and the annoying problems that the developers put into it for anti-cheat.
best,
cal
Yes, it does when you use the U.S. Steam version like it says in the trainer description.
Yep, but Rockstar (28th of August 2012) updates the game with new version, new maps, new way of playing arcade (very funny) and SO this version cannot work. Most def.
>Of course it takes few days, but you have to release new steam and retail trainers. The game is new with a lot of players and good single player mode with different ways (story, arcade...).
Thanks in advance,
A.

Why have I paid for? (Cheathappens membership).

You have paid for a membership in order to get reliable virus free trainers sooner rather than having to wait until they make them available to the general public. That being said... With all the new games being released the staff has its priorities, and if it takes them longer to release an updated trainer, so be it. It is understandable that you may feel entitled to get update trainers as soon as a game has been updated being that you paid for an unlimited membership. However, what an unlimited membership entitles you to is unlimited access to their trainers as soon as the staff has posted them up. The staff works hard to get stuff out to us quickly, but it can also be frustrating for them when a developer repeatedly patches the crap out of a game just like Rockstar has done with this one. Please let's show them a little more appreciation. Can you dig it?
