In Mass Effect 1 you meet the fan but I'm not sure what to do to get him to appear in Mass Effect 2 and then what do I do or say to get him to appear in Mass Effect 3.
I've played through all three games but the only one I've seen him in was the first game and I know he is suppoed to appaer in Mass Effect 3.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If you mean the blonde guy (he does have more than The Fan as his name, Connor something though that's probably not it), yes he does appear in Mass Effect 3, in the Citadel Dock Holding Area.
