Just wanted some opinions

I must say that the necro is more fun than the warrior or guardian. never going back to melee class again

Ranger for me. 4 pets, ranged and melee weapons, does a nice amount of damage along with the traps.

But I always play a Ranger first time in most games, as I feel the Ranger/Hunter has the most versatility.

In Guild Wars, I played the Elementalist quite a bit. I'm loving the Ranger class in GW2, though, especially with a Norn character. I haven't tried the Necromancer yet but I've got some slots left; I may make one tonight. I haven't made up my mind about the races, yet. I want to LOVE this game like I loved the original. There's just too many bugs still. I swore after I pre-ordered Arkham City that I wouldn't pre-order again. But I was so excited over the hype of GW2 that I did it again. Patience is a virtue in gaming, and it can save you some money!

Oh yeah, I like my little Asura engineer too!

I like soloing with my necromancer, Elementalist, and Engineer. Is the warrior or guardian classes any good?

i vote for thief =D, because to me, it's hella good in solo-ing, especially when i can increase maximum initiative
