That's because I get tired of posting the same exact thing about 400 times in the same thread. If people would actually take time to read the entire thread and go through the troubleshooting guide then it would save all of us a lot of trouble.
Saying that the trainer "doesn't work" is the equivalent of telling your doctor that "it hurts". Totally useless and so you get a generic response.
