Especially sinse legaly EULA's don't hold any weight. (About the EULA saying they aren't guaranteeing uptime even in single player.)
I don't see how a EULA is legal when your not seeing it till your going to install the game or program. I've already paid for the product, and having me agree to the terms AFTER paying is just stupid.
You have to read and sign a contract before you can get a loan to buy a house. The reason you have to sign it before you get the loan is so it can be legally binding. The state doesn't protect the bank if they try to get you to sign a contract after you get your loan. EULA is basically a contract isn't it? A contract signed after the fact, and not agreed to at the time of purchase or transfer. How is that even Binding?!
i agree with that when i gave up today i was thinking about how its legal that after we baught it that then we get no promise that we can even play this game... and no matter where you go theres no such thing as refund for any electronic product after being opened except to get a new copy of it due to damage or malfunction...
