"8" (population increase) key seems not to work in the last version of the game.
Instructions says: "... Click on it's [building in a city view] icon so that it is greyed out"
It seems the game mechanics was changed by developers sometime ago - it no longer allows to shut down buildings (that's what "greying" building icon was meant to do/show). So even if "8" key works I can't find the city it increases population in.
Any chance to fix that?

'8' worked, but the result is not what I expected. It really add 10000 population but what for? if u don't have the build area which will spread out when the population reach 5000 and 10000 through normal means. This function works fine if you already are at the size of 10 for that city.

yess ; 8 or others, It is the first time here, that I find that cheats are also useless and difficult too implement on such a "little game"
even on a great game like CIV, "increase town size" works ...
