Where can I find the DLCs for the Steam version of Mass Effect one? All I could find was pinnacle station and that was on origin.

Bring Down the Sky was free DLC included with the PC version, so are you sure you haven't already gotten it?

Otherwise, check out here: Link. It's free to download when you register your ME CD key with your account. You'll then get a key for BDtS which you just install like normal. Just follow the instructions on that page and you'll be fine.

As for Pinnacle Station, I'd forget about that one. It's just a glorified arena mode.

It's actually a confusing process to get BDtS compared to ME2 or ME3 DLC. so I wouldn't be surprised if he/she doesn't already have it

I doubt I have it since I have the Steam version of the game and as far as I know it doesn't come with the Steam version of the game.

It's not all that complicated.

1. Make a BW Social account
2. Register ME CD key
3. Grab BDtS key
4. Download BDtS EXE
5. Install using the key

Just make sure it's installing to your Steam ME directory. It was designed to be used with Retail, but it should work with either Steam or Origin too (which is why you can only get Pinnacle Station on Origin, and not BDtS too).

I meant that it's a different process than ME2/ME3 DLC, it's an entirley different website.

I guess all three are different really. most of ME2's stuff came off the BSN, Wheras the stuff for ME3 comes off EA Steam Squared. I mean Origin

Well I just tried to get it. It can not find the steam version of the game to even install it. It will come up with the warning and not go any further.

You can get instructions or the key for BDtS from an EA rep, through the main site at ea.com and the help section.
