Hey,

your fix doesnt work for me, Are you sure you shut down the trainer as well as the game ?? Or did you just activate the cheats, then rebooted the game and then went straight back in?

I can confirm that the trainer still work with the nov 27 update of the game.

A patch has been released. The trainer works fine, with the new release....you must activate the trainer in game, if you try to activate it in main menu, you will get repeated audio "activated, trainer can't find game".
