Got the cheat but did not work on the game.tried the 2 trainers was posted press f1 said trainer did not find game.darn

Same here. I recently bought on GOG (Gold Edit) and i terribly failed to find any working cheats for it

I got it on Gog. And get Trainer can't find game also. They happen to call the main file just Risen... If you change it to Risen2 the trainer will find it. IT seem to crash on me after doing the Capture Character

Trainers were made for the Retail/Steam versions.

If the game's running but it can't find the game, often/usually something is blocking it. Like a security program, anti-virus (real time scanning), firewall and such. They have to first be disabled then right-click and run trainer and game As Admin.

Confirmed, the latest trainer work with the latest version of the game

Got this from Steam community, and it works fine for me.

Talking about Nvidia PhysX:

The trainer seems to work properly when activated properly in the game.
The problem is the trainer seems to crash and lock the game. The game freezes and the screen goes black. It is behaving like some kind of memory leak because it reacts to keystrokes very slowly, with several seconds delay.
When I try to shell out to desktop, all I see of the trainer is the active link window, the rest of the trainer window is gone.
It is extremely difficult to use the Task Manager to shut the game down. The trainer is already down, except for the live link advertising, which can't be cleared from the desktop without restarting windows 7.
It has been some time, over a year I think, since I've run the game and I had none of these problems back then. The most significant hardware upgrade since then is an R9 390 Strix.
Any help would be appreciated.
