Numpad 6: Freeze Countdown Timers

Notes
-------

F1 key: Super Acceleration - hold this key down to accelerate your
car quickly.

F2 key: Super Brakes - hold this key down to stop your car quickly.

Numpad 1: Freeze Opponents - while this in on, opponents cannot
drive. Thier cars will also heat up and eventually explode.

Numpad 2: No Heat Damage - while this is on you can boost at will and
run into barrels as well as opponent attacks without damage.
You cannot be killed by heat.

Numpad 3: Instant Boost - your boost will be ready to go as soons as
you engage it rather than having to wait a second or two for it
to engage.

Numpad 4: Easy Opponent Kills - your attacks and fire damage will instantly
kill opponents.

Numpad 5: No Opponent Boost - your opponents will not be able to use boost
to create fire attacks.

Numpad 6: Freeze Countdown Timers - this will stop most countdown timers
in the game so that you cannot be disqualified or lose due to these
timers.

Numpad 7: Unlock Drivers/Cars - to use this, enter Custom Race or Custom
Destruction. Turn the option on. You can select ANY car and ANY
driver, even the ones that are blacked out or locked. Simply
select the driver and car (even if the lock graphic is present)
and press ENTER and the race will be entered. Turn this option OFF
when not needed to prevent unwanted effects.
