Just wondering if its possible to unlock "timeline" buildings at the start of a Sandbox game?

Unfortunately, you either need to wait for them to unlock or make a custom challenge and set the year to about "2000". However, there is a workaround, go into settings and find the key binds. If you change some of them you can get most of the buildings when ever you want. This only works for stand alone buildings. You cant get the Bio Farm till or Modern Apartments until they unlock.
