Saints Row: The Third Message Board  

For some reason I can no longer scroll through the menu's and cell with the mouse. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but still have the problem. Is it just me, and if so how can I fix it?

I installed it on my other pc and it worked fine, something just stopped it from working on my other.
