I just tried to play my game there and have the latest updates. Unfortunately my game crash when I use option 1.

Do you think the drag is out of date? 🤔

many years later: but this trainer still doesn;t work for those of us looking for a nostalgia trip. It causes all the buildings to become overly expensive and money to randomly reset to -9999999999999.

You got me there so I decided to switch to my Windows 7 x64 installation, downloaded the Steam Special Edition of Tropico 4 (which includes Modern Times and all other DLC), our latest trainer and followed this simple instructions from Caliber -> Link

In other words: Activate the trainer with 'F1' at the main menu and wait until you get to your island and no message window is open, press Numpad 1 and you get all the money. No building price got increased that way.
