They have been held back on this site to the 17th as they were unable to get American keys from the supplier, so people who have pre-ordered will still get keys but they will be from European versions, but still be able to use them on Steam.
But they are still selling it cheaply which is the main thing.

Purchased this deal and a couple of weeks ago the game disappeared from my Steam library. Steam support responded to my inquiry as to why the game was no longer available. They stated that the publisher had revoked my CD Key. Did anyone else that purchased the game through the site have the same issue? I just received my response from Steam, and they directed me to contact the original supplier. I am still waiting for a response from the website. Still, I wondered if anyone else here encountered the same issue? If so, let me know what results you have come up with. Did you get a new CD Key from the site, or did you achieve a refund? Did you get neither?

I am fine, and had no problems at all. Very strange that the game disappeared from your list, unless someone tried to claim your cd-key was theirs, but the site I mentioned is legit I have purchased a lot from them over the couple of years and had no problems on anything I purchased.
I would also get in contact of course with THQ and ask why your key was revoked. And if you need to get info from the site you bought from you best talk through the chat app on the site, and ask them why your key could be revoked.

My guess is that they merely had a poor supplier on this one. The site got back to me, and after I provided them with some confirmation information, they provided me with a new key from the supplier. Unfortunately however, the new key, according to Steam, is already attached to another Steam account. So I am still out of luck on this one. Perhaps I will contact THQ next, but I contacted the site to advise them of the new issue and will see where that takes me first. Thanks for responding DABhand, I am glad your purchase worked out! For now, I will just roll with the punches and see what comes out in the end.

No idea why they are using a poor supplier, as they actually buy direct from Wholesellers who get direct from publishers.
They do deliver the actual retail box for an extra price for shipping. So it is all legit.
There has to be a leak or something from THQ where a database of keys was compromised, of course they won't admit an internal problem and try to shift the blame elsewhere.
Did you get back to gamecards about the 2nd key in use?

Yeah, I did get back to the site about the second key. Here was there response:
In some cases when our clients are trying to activate the code for Darksiders II they receive the same error message that you did. Nevertheless in a day or two they somehow have the game in their library. This situation is the result of some Steam ques applied to several Steam games. In this case I'd like to ask you to wait for a day. In case the problem persists, a full refund of the payment will be issued to you shortly. Please keep us posted.
I also took your advice and contacted THQ to see why it was revoked in the first place. I'd really like to get the game instead of a refund since I paid for it legitimately and got a screaming price (all thanks to you!)... oh well, I will keep you posted on my results regardless. I suppose the worst case scenario... it will probably be available at the Steam Holiday Sale for a good price as well, and that is only like a month away.
