You are such an insane Spammy!
Anyway it's lack of "should" so not counted.
Spoiler:
"Humanity should be proud of the British musicians" expresses the necessity that the writer wishes to note to humanity in order for it to be proud of British musicians.
"Humanity, be proud of English musicians" expresses a rallying call directed personally to humanity to be proud of British musicians.
The use of should is completely optional if followed by a proper form of substitution. In this case it is a direct rallying call towards humanity to be proud of British musicians expressing the necessity that "should" expressed in the previous sentence without having to mention it.
Therefore it is safe to assume that whatever message of necessity the first sentence conveyed was also present in the second one, albeit in a somewhat shorter sentence.
So whether I say:
You should try to see the world from a different perspective.
Or:
Try to see the world from a different perspective.
The message is the same. Try thinking outside the bawks.

Yeah that's true. You don't need to teach me these grammars.
Refer to This Topic Link, Post Number 3, we were supposed to use the mentioned statement. You know.
Show me that sentences without editing it on a title.

You yourself mentioned the statement so it doesn't need a rule.
And this is different from what I've said how exactly?
Here's what I'm getting:
You say "Not enough space"
I say "Challenge accepted" I make a topic with better context.
You say "No we were supposed to use the sentence in post number 3" -establishing a rule
I say "No, no rules were established"
You say "No it was your sentence so it doesn't need rules"
!?
