I think other chipset manufacturers have their own software too. So keep an eye out for it.

yeah, thats what i did, it helps but its still there,

i figured it was a channeling/positional issue

i might have been wrong about DA;O, i think it just had an
issue forcing headphone mode

i think ALchemy is for "legacy" games and openAL updates seperatly

on that topic... is there universal sound managment softwares
(for free)
or just what come with cards?
