With a save game import, or a fresh start?
Does it matter? Its not like Witcher 1 or 2 where a single sentence can place in on a different level or change the whole story of an NPC that you may never see him/her. Its not like your in-game relationship or crappy sex scene is gonna get better. In all departments, the game is a full-fledged failure.
I played it twice, now I wish I had rent it. Got PC version. And I'm probably gonna sell it to a friend or on ebay.
Sorry you feel that way.
Personally, I'm still loving the game on my second time, even though I'm pretty much playing it exactly the same way as I did before.
I played ME2 7 or 8 times (I can never remember) - 5 of those being the day after I finished the previous playthrough - and played it with exactly the same decisions and choices every time. Still loved the crap out of it.
That may not seem much to some people, but I, literally, never replay games. I'll play and finish once, then stick it on my shelf (or leave it on Steam) for a while. Then I might install it and play a little bit, but never actually finish it a second time. To finish a game 7/8 times, or even a second time and looking forward to the third, for me is unprecedented.

Whelp, I just finished an NG+ with my engineer through ME3, got over 10k war assets (17k with the trainer) and all weapons were upgraded to the max. All fish, full paragon, did every sidequest. There are some sites that are stating there is a secret ending if you play through NG+. BullS**t.
There is no secret ending, it's a hoax. The game itself is fun up until the end, and multiplayer is very enjoyable. I've now finished it twice (once being NG+) and I can say I loved the game, hated the last bit of crap spewed out.
There better be a patch or DLC that improves the ending (doubtful since they seem to think they are getting positive reviews on it. Positive reviews on THE GAME, NOT THE ENDING DAMNIT)
Oh well, I feel I went on a nice adventure with a friend, finished the adventure, found out the prize at the end was crap, and drove home empty handed. It was a nice adventure, and the journey was better than the destination, but seriously, WTF. Humans do things for a goal, the journey can be nice and all, but if you just go somewhere without meaning, you waste energy.
On a side note, anybody ever read the old book series berzerker by Fred Saberhagen? They've said the books had influence on mass effect. Hell, I even remember in the books they found an anti-berzerker system that subsequently started punching holes in zerk ships (By the way, anybody remember the ship Gerrel was on? The Qwib-Qwib? THAT is the anti-berzerker system's name! and it can reproduce itself with materials, NOT like a reaper. I'd say that would have been one hell of an ending for Shepard to get as a perfect ending, though not with the qwib-qwib. Like give him something like a BOLO that has to be ground based. Then the ending could be involving getting the damned thing to Earth to wipe out the Reapers. Eh, just rambling thoughts.)
Just to point out that originally people thought the Stargazer clip after the credits was the secret ending, but it turned out that everyone who imports a save gets it.
