Haha, I hope you're joking about being hurt, but just in case you're not, I apologise, no offense was intended my friend.

I did take him, it's great. That was the part of the game which really started to turn my opinion of Javik. Before that I thought he was just an arrogant, callous bastard, but at that point you start to understand why he comes across as that.

    Plus, he's funny as hell.

EDIT: Yeah, you have your readiness rating at 94%, meaning you've either played a lot of MP, or you edited your coalesced file. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that at all, by the way.

    I was joking.

Yeah, I constantly play MP with a buddy. Does that change the number of assets you have? I honestly thought it only lowers the amount you needed.

Edited for those darned typos. They're everywhere! Really should make better use of that preview option.

Yup. Galactic Readiness is basically a multiplier of your Total War Assets. I believe the calculation is:

Effective Military Strength = Total War Assets / Galactic Readiness.

Basically if you have 50% Galactic Readiness, your EMS will be half of your TWA. With 94%, it's practically the same value.

I know about typos... I like to blame it on the fact that I type so fast...

    A-hah. Okay, forgive me then.

Despite the fact that there are more than enough, it does kind of disprove Bioware's 'independant multiplayer' statement. Perhaps they should just have kept it to promoting Multiplayer chars as a GaW asset, THEN it would be entirely optional. Now it's just optionalish.

Indeed it does disprove what they said. You can get a good ending by avoiding MP, but to get a high enough EMS to get the scene where Shepard is back in London and starts breathing again, you have to either cheat or use MP.

Maybe they'll add more war assets with Story DLC or SP item packs, but I get the sinking feeling they're going to concentrate more on MP to keep it from going stale, than they will on Single Player.

Unless they have two separate teams for the two modes, but probably not.

If you want to see the scene where Shepard breathes, you have to have an Effective Military Strength of 4000 or greater, or 5000 if you can't "save" Anderson. You'll also only get that clip if you choose the Destroy ending. The other two have Shepard dying as part of the process.

That's what I know from what I've read, at least. No one's actually given any official figures or confirmation. Some people say they've met those conditions but still didn't get the clip.
