lol my DEP kicked in when I went to launch ME3 lol
I mean... aw, sorry, how did that happen?
Not a clue at all. Started up ME3 then just as it plays the EA Omni blade. BANG! It shuts down and me DEP kicks in. Although Origin was running 10 times its usual memory rate.
Al run an A/V after work tonight. Forgot to do it last night. Am wondering if there is something in there trying to do something my DEP dont like.
or just admit that dep is **** and do what i did and turn it off
Excuse my ignorance but what is "dep"
Data execution prevention or something like that. I've never really understood it, but from what I gathered it prevents the use of any programs that could have compatibility issues and could cause errors and problems for the PC. In layman's terms.
