Why I ought ta... I'll let you off since we're both in Liverpool, but next time, I'll stick an arrow through your knee and see if it's funny!

I think if these argument were the ones I heard the most, I'd probably agree with you. As it is, the loudest complaints are "Shepard dies" and "I just don't like it" without very much reasoning (at least most posts in here at least give explanation behind the hate).

Sorry, I'm far too tired and distracted to read your wallo'o'text, but I can answer point 7 at least.
Yes, a lot of characters look different from ME2. It's similar to how faces looked different from Assassins Creed II/Brotherhood to Assassins Creed: Revelations. The character models and textures have been updated, and thus some have unintended side effects, such as Kelly not looking like Kelly any more. You'll notice that, no matter how close you get your Shep to look like Shep in ME2, it'll never be quite the same.
Clothing appearance makes sense. The alternate appearance packs are basically armour. They don't need to wear their armour on the ship. They wear their default clothes/uniforms on ship, and wear their armour during missions. Makes sense to me.
The other points which I can read or understand seem like personal nitpicks, rather than faults or flaws with the game or its writing.
Ah, yes it was late in the evening and I got into tirade so I started to nitpick a bit. Most of the point are not game breaking and/or deal breaking, but could have been the cherry on top.
As I said the main feature I am missing is the impact of the previous games on ME3 - yes there were the main decisions, but no small stuff. I wouldn't be missing them if they had not been used in ME2.
And I don't believe that creating these mails would have been that of a problem. But it could be easily explained that minor decisions were not tracked, just the completion of a quest, so I may have seen more in the production statements than there was.
As to the appearance, I was under the impression that the ME2 and ME3 engines, or how the environment is called, were the same that is why I was a bit confused by those small changes.
Squad Armor, I understand, just coming from ME2. Other than Vega, all of them wear the same on the Normandy as during battle, so I supposed it would be handled as in ME2. Even have them wear casual clothing on the Normandy as in ME1 would make more sense - but that is just me so ignore on your own leisure.
I just hope this whole ending controversy is resolved soon. If they at least made an official comment so we could put it behind us and turn to other issues. If they say that the true ending will be in a DLC or a expansion, great we will wait a year or so and maybe get a proper closure, it is/would be a bit backhanded but alas, but in the current state we are living in a limbo.

Fair enough.
Obviously I can't say I agree - I've made my opinion on that matter a little too clearly in here, lol, but definitely fair enough.

Just out of idle curiosity of course.
