Mass Effect 3 Message Board  

It is possible to edit ME3 savegames. I have managed to do a simple credit edit, using a hex editor and then reset the CRC using the ME2 CRC generator.
Reading the ME3 save file reveals listings of GAWAsset_X_SeenInGUI
which I assume correspond in some way to the Galaxy At War - War Assets in the game. However, I have yet to be successful in either removing an existing, editing an existing, or adding a missing one of these.
The associated numbering in my final save ranges from -1 to 503, with the majority of the upper range being sparsely filled. Most are between -1 and 128 in my save, with only 21 entries of those missing. Then it is more spares up to 267. Then there are 4 entries 500-503.
