try the good old method with artmoney works very well it's explained in 2k11 topics

I've also outlined how to add skill points using CoSMOS in a post on this forum, titled "Adding Skill Points."

So this says it is compatible with Windows 7.... but it is NOT!!
It is compatible with IE 9. IE 10 was released in 2011, get the fix done on your end, don't tell me I have to roll all my stuff back to 2011.... or you can always give me a refund!
