It'll be in the Raw tab, under one of the collapsible headings. I forget which exactly.
You have to pick your saves though. If you imported an ME2 save to start a new ME2 game, it won't have imported the face code. You have to use a save from your very first playthrough of ME2.
Actually, if you can figure out which "career" was your first, you could boot up ME2, load a save under that career, and the face code should be in the top left corner of the Squad screen (dunno if it shows all the time or only during a mission though).

None of them have face code and they are from my first play through of ME2. grrr this is annoying. Only one Career as well. Man oh well Start from scratch on the face

Damn, sorry dude.
Looks like I've hit a bug. Playing From Ashes, it crashes in exactly the same place every time.
Okay, nevermind. Found a workaround. If anyone hits it, its a crash right after a video clip finishes playing. As soon as it ends and the camera pans around to behind Shep, hit Shift as quick as you can. You won't see the command overlay, but it'll pause the game. Hold it for a few seconds then release. It should be fine.
