Should be in \Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\CookedPCConsole. Editor only sniffing out .bin files makes it that much easier once you get there

@drysdan - It'd appear that what actually defines how much the armor passives grant is relegated to general terms ("weak," etc) and since they're never actually defined in the Coalesced file they are likely stored as a table elsewhere.

Given that it's BioWare, said table will be incredibly backasswards and unnecessarily convoluted with imaginary values that are left with no entry for anything, not even a simple 0/1. If it were a literal table, it would have four legs meant for four differently sized tables and would actively hobble around your house, bumping into you. Jesus himself would not be able to save it, but would replace it with a much more functional table due to the fact that it's part of a really good theme for your dining room. In case that flew over anyone's head: Spoiler:
Get it? Get it? Jesus was a carpenter. And he's "modding" the table. Yarharhar.

I'm too tired to play at "oh great, wise, benevolent Shotgun, teach us your Coalesced modding ways" ( ) like I did when ME2 launched, so I imagine we will just have to wait on someone to figure it out. Which I also wager will not take long.
