yes for some reason the trainer doesnt find the new steam .exe name HeavyFire3_final.exe...
so you need to rename the .exe to HeavyFire3.exe(which was the old retail .exe name) for the trainer to work.

we will post a trainer later today to address this issue

Thank You machine4578, didnt realize that it could have been the filename of the game that could have been the issue. Will add that one to the memory banks, and something new to check if i ever run across this sort of issue again.

Ok just checked it still is not working, but i have then jumped to the steam folder to work out why, and it appears that the game is using a launcher to start the game, file name is: HF_Starter.exe

I am trying currently to change the lauch file to the HeavyFire3_final.exe to see if that corrects the problem. And no that doesnt work either.

So the launch file is the HF_Starter.exe

np, and redownload the trainer, Caliber posted a fixed trainer that now works with the new named .exe for the steam version.

By now you all must be sick of me and this title. Latest download and the same thing again "trainer cannot find game"

I you do an update i will always download it and try it. But one guesses that has to be a time when it gets too much... That or there is some challenge in making it work that i am not aware of.

But soon (7 days time) i will have a new video card and a new monitor so i can go play some more graphic heavy games.
