Right I have watched his video. Firstly he waffles on about FOV going against science. Well my statement to that is. Games do not have to match to real life stuff. Gees get a grip. Games are to take you away from real life. But anyways.
He then go's on about the demo. Which to me was AWESOME!!! Although I do think he over exaggerated how long the single player was. 1 hours no I would say 30 minutes at the most. Well that is for me playing. He go's on about the graphics of course there is a limit it is a demo! They are not going to cheathappens everything into the demo. I found the animation to be great nice quality and I have studied a lot of games due to my Course work on the subject. Voice acting to me as good quality as usual.
Now he then talks about an Art book you can buy with a DLC. WRONG! I have looked at there store and no art book comes with a DLC! (note I have looked at the other stuff Console Vault, Figures, Vespula Gaming Mouse Mat, Onza Xbox360 Controller, Chimaera Gaming Headset, Black widow Ultimate Gaming Keyboard, Imperator Gaming Mouse come with a bonus code for the multi player side Note thats an extra! Which they code not have put in it). People need to stop complaining this is marketing. You wont get everything for free and also wont get everything in same thing to! If people are willing to pay for the extra content so be it! I certainly would not give it away free! Thats just not good business.
Now it go's on Mass Effect iOS game will change your Mass Effect 3 experience, Now I am not to bothered about this as I do not have an iOS device. Although I am curious as to what it will change. So I looked and found this. The game is called Mass Effect: Infiltrator, every prisoner you rescue will count towards the "Galaxy at War" mode in ME3, which influences how the story plays out. So this will make it more interesting I suppose for iOS users. But then again are you willing to fork out what ever they are going to be asking for it just to influence your Mass Effect 3 game slightly? Me nope! Again more marketing.
Now he says Bad Business. To me I do not see this as bad Business. I see this as pure covering marketing. Heck I even used this tactic in my old marketing job. Hit every thing. If the product is great and people loved the past ones there will be people who will buy it. Now al point out that there is more noise from complainers than people who like it. You ask why? Maybe. Cause those that openly say they like it are attacked by the vast haters, so they end up just shutting up and not speaking there voice. Which to be is bad!
I wonder what would we do if companies just stopped making games, Cause they got off from all the cry babies. (Now do not post they would not do that, I want you to actually think what would we do if they did!)
Now he go's on about the DLC that was accidentally leaked. Now considering that Microsoft control EVERYTHING on there Market for the XBOX calls me to go. Oh look another Marketing tactic. Which to me again not bothered about. Now the new character is a Prothean. OK interesting. What new stuff will I find out. He then states that the content is not widely available to everyone. Um Hello you just told us we could buy it for $10!!! He then said that the game is not complete. Na the game is complete just means they are going to be more DLC's which is good.
Oh god ethics. Here we go brining ethics into it. Gees stop crying! Its a marketing they will do it how they want to sell it. Know what am not going to bother going on more I got tired of watching him moan like girl.

Thanks for summing up the video though. I tried to watch it but I kept swearing at my monitor, and my mum already thinks I have tourette syndrome.
I believe there's a small Art Book which comes with the CE, but there's also a full sized Art Book available from the BioWare store, but it's for the art of the comics, not the games. It comes with a random DLC weapon like most other things ME related at the moment.
As far as I know, Mass Effect: Infiltrator only affects the Galactic Readiness, which we've been told is entirely possible to get it to 100% in single player alone, with no extras at all. It also has a little gimmick which links itself to your EA account, which will also have ME3 linked to it, so you'll get "texts" from your squad mates on your progress, or something like that.
Also, like you said, Microsoft controls the Marketplace. If there was a leak of info, it was on their part.
What's that about the game not being complete though? Because there's DLC?
I thought it was a random comment, but does he really go into the ethics of DLC? The comment I read on this that puts it perfectly (I believe it's one of the top comments on the video actually). It said something like "keeping food from a starving nation is unethical, keeping DLC content from a game is irritating".
Aaand shotgun got in before me again. Imma have to find that leash again...

I looked throught the store. The art books do not do any dlc. I have pointed out which ones have DLC stuff. Which all refear to MP PLay.
Yeah he dose say the game is incomplete cause of this DLC another prothean blast at.
