Stuck at the train station. There is no way I can get out. Killed most of the enemies and still cannot open the train door.

Numpad 7: Easy Kills - most enemies will die quickly. Some scripted
events and 'bosses' require that you kill them normally.
If you are stuck on a boss or similar, turn this off and
restart from checkpoint.

activating function 4 (no reloads) should help speed up the boss fight without easy kills especially if you have the Assault rifle/sniper hybrid gun I think it had a Japanese name on it. set it to the full auto mode and let loose, it tore up a later boss quite quickly.

Kill, kill, and Kill some more. This fight is all about surviving wave after wave. Once your partner enters the train, well, then it gets really interesting.
