I'm having issues activating the trainer within my legitimate retail (direct download from origin.com)game.
I've tried first from leaving the trainer in the same folder as all other CH trainers using the CH Trainer Manager.
Next I read this forum postings and placed the trainer within Origin Games/Syndicate/System/Win32_x86_Release folder, then per the usual instructions, run the trainer, run the game, within game menu press F1 to activate, but no sound for activation nor reaction to the F1 button.
Can someone tell me how/where do I send in my .exe file to, please?
Thank you very much for everyone's assistance, and of course to the CH crew for their constant excellence of work here.
It sounds like you may have a anti-virus/firewall software thats blocking you. i had a simular issue no confertion of activation because norton was blocking it..the trainer really doen't need to sit inside the same folder as the game ones u run the game .exe it will find it.. but its a choice...

Hello Dlance,
I've ran many CH Trainers with many games before Syndicate, and this is the first time I've had an issue with the trainer not activating within game through the F1 key.
But, as you have mentioned previously about the possibility of my anti-virus/firewall program being the issue, so I've went into the logs, but nothing has been intentionally blocked since mid-December of last year (at least according to the logs).
I am using Avast (legitimate, paid software) for my anti-viral/firewall program. The only time anything became of an issue with it was it having false positives for some old CH trainers, like the GTA games, but then if it was to react, it would normally give me a red warning the moment I download the file, the moment I try to open the compressed file, or the moment I try to run the file, in which it would automatically remove the file or move it to the virus chest for quarantine, until I delete it manually.
Thank you Dlance for your suggestion, but does anyone else have any other suggestions I may perhaps attempt?
Thank you for your help.
you mention its a legit copy, when u press the f1 doesn't say trainer activated, or does it say trainer can't find game? if none of the above, proside like if it did activate and then used the trainers options and see if it works...
Hello Dlance,
When in-game I press, "F1" and nothing happens, so I alt-tab to windows, then press "F1," but the trainer just flickers each time I press the "F1" key and still remains as, "Run game and press F1 at main menu. Numlock is ON."
And yes, I have tried to use the option keys anyways, like #6 for Adding Upgrade Points in the Upgrade Screen of the game. Nothing happened.
My apologies, if you meant anything other than the above.
Thank you for your assistance.
