Hello all,

I'm having a problem with increasing transfer and wage budget after using a trainer to increase balance to 999,999,999.
When I go to Board Overview -> Budget Adjustment, I'm only allowed to edit the balance between wage budget and transfer budget but within the limits that i had originally - it doesn't increase although I think it should take into account the amount of cash that is there on the balance sheet (999,999,999). Anyone else having the same/similar issue? Any thoughts, suggestions? Thank you in advance.

UPDATE:
The actual issue is the wage budget. When I try to make budget adjustments a message states that the board will not allow the wage budget to be increased as they feel it is high enough already. I'm managing Macclesfield Town from nPower2 league. Maximum wage budget for this team is around 16000€. Any way past this limitation?

Not sure but I think you need to get the current season over with before you can adjust the wage budget (and also I think the board will give you 100 million and take the rest at the beginning on new season).

Also you can try and use 'FMRTE'. You should be able to increase your wage budget.

Try using FMRTe, its much more easier & completed too, also the wage can only be increased when u had playing the game into some level... or if u want it in short times, u can change it by using the editor or FMRTE

But I believe if u dont want the game to crash, change it to a still reasonable numbers & u can try to copy City or Barca wage budget to your own club
Also don't forget to increase your club financial capability first to support your huge wage budgets so your club can sustain their sudden riches

Beware too of your club financial loss... if your club wage & expense are way too huge & always in red every year for way too long, I believe you can still be sacked in the ground of your incompetence in managing your financial sustainability or your chairman will try to put his hand into your club management by trying to selling your biggest stars without your permission

Its happened sometimes when u had managed 2.Bundesliga team for me, maybe it will different in BPL since looks like they allow your team to go to huge debt, like in the reality

In the English league 2 16000 is the maximum wage budget you can have no matter how much money your team has it's a rule that has been set by the fa in England so teams don't go into administration in that league their is no way around it
