How am I suppose to escape the cabin from the huge tractor? Cannot find any way out and shooting is

How am I suppose to escape the cabin from the huge tractor? Cannot find any way out and shooting is of no use.

there is a door on the far right side when he hits the cabin the door opens stay near the right and there is a door there so as soon as he hits get out of there
