Recently the trainer stopped working for some reason. I am using the patched verson 1.0.9 of the game and it works fine without the trainer. With the trainer, nothing is happening. I checked my anti-virus software and firewall software and it is not blocking the trainer application. I am using Win 7 32 bit OS. I even ran the trainer using "run as admin" and still nothing happens.

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. just because it says that it is not blocking it does not mean anything.

I did that and nothing changed. Still doesn't work.
