I also got this problem,even the unlock research.

You can choose Belgium,and then open the same save watching Nederlanden or Luxembourg.

I'm not sure if anyone pointed this out already, and if they did I'm sorry for repeating it.

When you use 'Faster Expansion' the option actually says 'Deactivated' regardless of it's current state. It still works, but it says 'Deactivated' when you turn it on or off.

Otherwise the trainer works great, thanks!
