After this last patch 1.9, I can`t save any of my games in Crysis 2. I thought that F5 would save it

Not able to save my game in Crysis 2?

After this last patch 1.9, I can`t save any of my games in Crysis 2. I thought that F5 would save it, but it doesn`t, any suggestions on how to fix my problem would be great.
